Developer Tool Submissions & Directory Listings
Developers, creators, or authorised representatives (collectively, “Submitting Parties”) who submit AI tools, frameworks, models, or software descriptions to AISoftRadar for directory inclusion agree to the following additional terms:
- Accuracy of Information: The Submitting Party guarantees that all provided details, including pricing structures, capabilities, features, and system requirements, are accurate, up-to-date, and not misleading.
- Intellectual Property Rights: By submitting a tool, you declare that you own the intellectual property or hold explicit legal authorisation to market and display the asset. You grant AISoftRadar a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, format, and share your tool's name, logos, and descriptions across our platform.
- Prohibited Content and Malware: Submissions must not link to malicious software, spyware, ransomware, phishing sites, or applications designed to breach user privacy. Tools that promote illegal activities, generate hate speech, or intentionally violate third-party terms of service will be rejected or summarily removed without prior notice.
- Right of Refusal and Removal: AISoftRadar retains sole administrative discretion regarding directory listings. We reserve the right to reject any submission, modify descriptions for editorial clarity, recategorise tools, or permanently delete listings at any time, for any reason, without liability.
- User Reviews and Benchmarks: Submitting Parties acknowledge that listings may feature public user reviews, ratings, and performance benchmarks. AISoftRadar is not liable for negative user feedback or comparative metrics published on the platform.
